Card text	The Falls of the James River at Richmond begins at the Belt Line bridge, some distance above the City, and its waters leaping madly over the rocks and dams, and winding and whirling through age worn channels, 'never ending, but always descending' coverage, and again quietly resume their onward course to the sea at a point just above the O.D.S.S. Co's wharves.
