Original Description (From Book)	Dating from 1855, the front of this frame house was modernized in the nineteen twenties. The steep roof of the house and the changes testify to its age.
Original Note (From Book)	The 600 Block of North Fourth Street adversely suffered from the super highways and the expanding central Richmond. A few houses have managed to survive on Fourth Street.
