Original Description (From Book)	This brick Italianate house has an art glass transom and sidelight. 704 and 708 were built at the same time as a row of detached houses.
Original Note (From Book)	The 700 Block of First Street - This block has characteristics similar to the 600 block of 1st Street. The block is now one sided with the western side of the street facing a vacant lot.
