Original Description (From Book)	This commercial building was built with the adjacent row. An extension to the street has been added.
Original Note (From Book)	600 Block of North First Street - This is one of the most consistent blocks in Jackson Ward. Built in the last decades of the nineteenth century, this block contains smaller homes than on Leigh or Clay Streets. These are more easily used by modern families than the larger houses on other blocks.
