Original Description (From Book)	This notable smaller Italianate house is perfectly preserved. Even the color scheme is preserved. It has unusual jigsaw brackets and a jigsaw porch rail. The cornice is typical as is the wood picket fence.
Original Note (From Book)	600 Block of North First Street - This is one of the most consistent blocks in Jackson Ward. Built in the last decades of the nineteenth century, this block contains smaller homes than on Leigh or Clay Streets. These are more easily used by modern families than the larger houses on other blocks.
