Original Description (From Book)	Built in 1911 this is a typical Italianate building of Jackson Ward. The first floor has been altered with a new entrance. It is similar to the headquarters of the St. Luke's Society and to the former building of the Consolidated Bank and Trust Company.
Original Note (From Book)	00 Block of West Leigh Street - The north side has been altered while the south side is little changed from its original appearance.
