Original Description (From Book)	A three level apartment house, it was obviously built in the side yard of its older neighbor. The narrow proportions of the lot did not leave much leeway for its designer.
Original Note (From Book)	This block contains a number of fine houses of differing periods. It is damaged by the expansion of the downtown and some demolition of buildings leaving gaping holes in the streetscape.
