A very fine Italianate house with an exceptional cast iron porch, it is on a raised basement and has cast iron trim over the windows. The iron pattern is made up of a running vine with a different railing. Some of the cresting is preserved.

This Block contains the finest collection of residential cast iron porches in the state. This was once a most stylish block and contains large Italianate houses in addition to a sprinkling of Greek Revival residences.
