MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
OF THE BOARD OF VISITORS OF VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY
April 4, 1985
A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Visitors of
Virginia Commonwealth University (with members of the Audit Committee
invited) was held on Thursday, April 4, 1985, at 5:30 p.m. in the Univer-
sity Meeting Center.
Present from the Executive Committee were Messrs. Farinholt, Grey,
Ludeman, Morris, Reynolds and Smith; Dr. Gayle and Mrs. Whittemore.
Present from the Audit Committee was Mr. Berry. Also present were Drs.
Ackell, Connell, and McGovern; Messrs. Bruegman, Johnson, Lash, Marsh,
Pavick and Rapp.
Mr. Smith called the meeting to order and on motion made and second-
ed, the Committee convened into executive session to discuss certain
personnel matters involving the performance of identifiable employees or
faculty of VCU, and to discuss the evaluation of performance of depart-
ments or schools of VCU where such matters regarding such individuals
might be affected by such evaluation as authorized by Section 2.1-344
a(1) of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
Following executive session, Mr. Smith reported that no actions had
been taken.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
