              MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE 
 OF THE BOARD OF VISITORS OF VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY 
             Held March 25, 1971
    A special meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of 
Visitors of Virginia Commonwealth University was held Thursday, March 
25, 1971, at 4 p.m. in the conference room at 910 West Franklin Street.
    A quorum was not present for the meeting. Those members present 
were Mr. Wilson, Mr. Obenshain, and Dr. Gwathmey.
    Mr. Wilson served as Chairman of the meeting and Mr. Obenshain 
as secretary.
    Dr. Brandt presented a proposed solution to a fund transfer problem. 
The problem was discussed and general concurrence in the solution suggested
was received from those present.
    The meeting was adjourned.
