Original Description (From Book)	The windows suggest this house dates from the immediate post Civil War period. The handsome Ionic porch was added in the early twentieth century.
Original Note (From Book)	The 600 Block of North Fourth Street adversely suffered from the super highways and the expanding central Richmond. A few houses have managed to survive on Fourth Street.
