Original Description (From Book)	An apartment house built in the early twentieth century, the three columned porch is unusual.
Original Note (From Book)	The 700 Block of North Third Street has been badly hurt by the construction of I-95 and I-64 which use it as exits. It might be possible to convert some of the houses to commercial use.
