Original Description (From Book)	A very small row house, the common alley has been spanned by the second floor. The addition to the porches and the asphalt siding do not help the appearance.
Original Note (From Book)	The 700 Block of North Third Street has been badly hurt by the construction of I-95 and I-64 which use it as exits. It might be possible to convert some of the houses to commercial use.
