This is an Italianate double brick house with two protecting squared bays and central entrances. The cornice is preserved as is the small wooden porch which shows slight Eastlake characteristics.

St. James Street - This small street derives its character from the Addolph Dill house. Dill's house, orginally erected in the middle of Foushee Street, makes through traffic impossible. St. James is a narrow residential street enclosed by the large mass of the Dill house.
