Original Description (From Book)	This very small double house is well-maintained and preserved. The asymetrical [i.e. asymmetrical] window arrangement is often encountered in houses of this size.
Original Note (From Book)	Catherine Street - This small street was developed in the middle of the large block between Clay and Leigh Streets. It has a number of small working men's residences, some dating from before the Civil War.
