Original Description (From Book)	An exceptionally well-preserved and handsome Italianate house. This was once the residence of Miles Debbress, a distinguished black civic leader. The Eastlake porch is notable.
Original Note (From Book)	100 Block of West Leigh Street - This block is now one sided since the enlargement of the school site on the south side of the street. The construction of Bo Jangles Park has given this block a lift.
