Original Description (From Book)
This is a fine Greek Revival house, the oldest on this side of the block. Built in the forties, it was modified about 1875 by the addition of a broad porch and an Italianate cornice. The house is well-preserved and even has a wood picket fence in the front yard. The early steep roof is visible from the side of the house.
