Built in 1848, this three unit row is comparatively well-preserved. Some have their original porches, and the corner unit has a hipped roof. These were built for F. T. Isbell and were owned by the Todd family in 1876.

The Three Hundred Block of Marshall Street contains a large number of pre-Civil War houses, some of which have been altered in unusual ways.
